Dr. Shih is Professor and Vice-Chair for Informatics in the Department of Radiology at Weill Cornell Medicine in NYC. In his volunteer capacity, George is the co-chair of the SAR AI Committee and co-chair of the SIIM Machine Learning Committee. He is also on the RSNA Informatics Council, RSNA ML Steering Committee, RSNA ML Data Standards Committee, and Associate Editor of the Radiology AI Journal. He is also the co-founder of a medical AI startup called MD.ai. George and his family live in NYC; his two kids attend Stuyvesant High School and UNIS.
